Situated in Christchurch City-Centre, set around a landmark cathedral damaged by the 2011 earthquake, within close distance of Canterbury Museum, the boutique-style property is not so far from the River Avon. The designer 115 has a central location only a 5-minute stroll from Cardboard Cathedral and the historic pedestrian mall "New Regent Street". There is Mona Vale Public Park a 10-minute drive away, while Interchange bus station just a minute's drive from this heritage accommodation.

I had a great two-night stay as a couple. The quirky decor and fun feel made the place unique. We loved the mini balcony and the fact that the tramway stop is right next door. Plus, the gym access was a nice bonus! 😄

The location is just unbeatable, right near cool bars & restaurants. A bit small for a couple with luggage tho, and our shower flooded the bathroom! 🌧️ Overall, not too shabby for a fun stay!

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated with high ceilings and a comfy bed that made it hard to leave. I loved the large windows that offered a stunning view of the city, and having on-site parking was incredibly convenient.

The location is fantastic for accessing

local attractions, as it's right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it an ideal spot to relax after exploring. However, parking was a hassle as we had issues finding spaces around the area.

The Superior King/Twin Room I stayed in was warm and had a nice outlook, and I really enjoyed the colorful decor! The access to local eateries and the tram stop made exploring super easy. The only downside was the health facilities weren’t in the same building, so I had to walk through a pub to get there, which wasn’t ideal while in a robe.
